6 Piece Chrome Buffing Kit: 10 Airway Buffing Wheels & XL Polishing Compounds. This 10 inch Airway Buffing Wheel and Polishing Compound Bar kit is specifically constructed for buffing and polishing chrome. Each set comes with one blue buffing wheel, one yellow buffing wheel, one untreated white buffing wheel, one black buffing compound approx. 3 lbs, one brown tripoli buffing compound bar approx. 3 lbs, and one white rouge polishing compound approx.
This chrome pack provides the ability to cut, color, and polish to a mirror finish. The blue buffing wheel is the firmest, which allows the operator to cut and remove scratches, blemishes and tool marks. The blue airway buff is designed to be used with the black buffing compound which is particularly effective at cutting chrome. The yellow airway buff is about 15% less firm than the blue airway buff and offers a superior buff for coloring; the next step in the polishing process. The yellow airway buff is designed to be used with the brown tripoli buffing compound which can cut and color with slightly less abrasive than the black.
The brown tripoli is perfect for the next step in polishing up chrome. Finally, the white untreated airway buffing wheel is made of 86/80 cotton and thus soft.
The white airway buff will allow the user to polish up to a show finish. Pair the white airway buff with the white rouge polishing compound for a final shine. Each airway buff and brick of buffing compound in this kit is MADE IN USA with premium materials.All buffs should be used with buffing compound for superior results.
